How are your flowers, plants and preserved products shipped?

We ship all of our flowers via FedEx. We ship most flowers standard overnight, with some flowers, and all plants via two-day air. Preserved designs are shipped via FedEx Ground service.  Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii, nor to countries outside the US.

Can flowers be delivered on the same day as ordered?

We’re sorry, we currently don’t offer same-day delivery.

May I have a delivery on Monday or Sunday?

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver on Sunday. However, some selected items can be delivered on Monday. Please call our customer service center at 800-800-7788 to find out which products have a Monday delivery.

May I change the date of my order's delivery?

If your order has not been delivered or is not in the process of being delivered, we will certainly change its intended delivery date. To request this type of change, please call us at 800-800-7788, or email the new delivery date information to customerservice@calyxflowers.com.

May I change the delivery address?

What if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery?

Calyx Flowers has a shipper release policy with FedEx, meaning we do not require a signature. It is up to FedEx’s discretion whether they feel the delivery area is safe for the package to be left without a signature.

What time will the flowers be delivered?

The arrangements we have made with FedEx is that they can deliver anytime up to 5:00 pm to a business address and 8:00 pm to a residence address.

Can the flowers be sent to a P.O. Box?

Sorry, we are not able to make deliveries to a P.O. Box.

Can Calyx Flowers products be shipped abroad?

We regret that we cannot ship our products to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, APO or FPO addresses, or any destination outside of the continental United States.

Do you deliver to hospitals?

Yes we can deliver to hospitals Monday-Friday but in most instances, we are delivering to the shipping and receiving department and not directly to your recipient.  We advise you to let us know about your upcoming hospital delivery so we can call and ensure the package is hand-delivered to your recipient.  Please call us at 800-800-7788 or email us at customerservice@calyxflowers.com.
