How can I be sure you have received my online order?
You will receive an order confirmation E-mail shortly after placing your order at CalyxFlowers.com. If you do not receive this message within two hours of placing your order, please feel free to notify us at 1-800-877-0998.
Is it safe to make a purchase with my credit card online?
Your personal information, such as your credit card number, will never be sent over our network in a way that is readable to anyone but us. Your information is encrypted and then sent over the Internet using SSL (secure socket layer) technology.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be billed at the time of shipment. For best service, please include a daytime telephone number in case there are questions pertaining to your order. Our delivery charges are non-refundable.
Can I cancel an order?
If your order has not already been delivered by UPS, or is not on its way to being delivered, we will certainly cancel it at your request. Please contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-877-0998. Customer Service hours are 8am to 10:30 pm EST Monday through Friday, and 9:00am to 5pm EST on Saturday and Sunday.
If your order has already been sent out for delivery we will be unable to cancel it.
Do I pay sales tax on my order?
In compliance with state and federal tax laws, sales tax will be charged on all orders for delivery in the following states: Florida and Vermont. Click here to see important Colorado, Oklahoma and Kentucky sales tax information, regarding the tax you may owe directly to these states.
