Upon arrival, your plant will be thirsty. Please cut off any spent blooms. Then remove the plant and inner pot from the basket or vessel. SOAK with water gently the entire plant until it drains from the bottom into the sink. Also, gently spray all the leaves and ther buds. Let the plant sit in the skin for an hour. Then repeat the process one more time. Place the plant where it will receive moderate light. Hibiscus do not like direct sunlight. Keep the soil evenly moist, but do not have sitting water in or around the plant. (While it flowers, you will need to add water every day to moisten the soil- not soak. These plants like humidity between 40 – 50%. You may move your hibiscus outdoors in the warmer months.
