This unique variety known as Pachira aquatica is a traditional symbol of prosperity and good fortune. And it certainly does offer up quite a few riches of its own kind, like an intriguing trunk, lush green leaves that appear so cheerful and lighthearted, and a no-fuss nature that makes it remarkably easy to care for, especially when it enjoys a lot of bright sunlight. Planted in a ceramic square cachepot, it’s designed with men in mind but appropriate for anyone and is a very thoughtful gift sure to make them feel like a million bucks.

Money Tree, or Pachira, is a small tropical tree that prefers high humidity. Keep moist at all times but not wet. Do not allow standing water in pot. Leaves will display brown tips if not getting enough water. Display in low artificial light or in a bright window in indirect sunlight in 60 – 80F. Keep away from air conditioning or heating vents. Fertilize at ½ household strength fertilizer every 2 – 3 weeks during the growing months.
